Hydration: Because we will be working with the meridians in the body, hydration is highly encouraged, before, during and after our work together. Please feel free to bring a bottle of water with you if you’d like, or I’ll provide you with some on your arrival.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling and cancellations should be done with at least 48 hours notice of your session time. Those done with less than 24 hour notice may be liable for all or part of their session fee. “No shows” – those who do not arrive to their scheduled appointment time and do not provide notice, will still be responsible for the entirety of their session fee.

Payment: Cash, Checks, Venmo and PayPal are all accepted options for payment. Credit cards are accepted via PayPal with a nominal fee. Please have checks/electronic payments completed by the start of our appointment time.

Scents/Perfumes: Please refrain from using heavy perfumes or lotions when visiting the Center, as others may have allergic or chemical sensitivities.

Sickness/Snowstorms: In the case of illness or inclement weather, I’m happy to conduct a phone or video session in place of our scheduled ‘in-person’ session, as it’s equally as effective with this kind of work. Please let me know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.

Insurance: Health insurance is not accepted at this time, however I’m happy to provide receipts for reimbursement for clients with HSA/FSA accounts.
